I’m so pleased to see that the app fixed its issues with the latest version of Mac OS Sierra! It’s good to see that compaies actually listen to their customers and follow through with their promises! Great customer service knowing that the company actually cares about their custorms and not just making money, especially since it was an expensive app; but at least I know its worth it since I can use it again!

However there is one downside to the app; the problem I am facing is that the app finds issues on my computer, but it ends up skipping some files during the cleaning process because it needs admin approval. The issue is that the settings does not let me change the permission settings, it defults to skip and it’s grayed out so I can’t even change the setting. This means a lot of files that need removing or cleaning ends up not getting touched, which defeats the purpose of having an app that’s supposed to clean your computer, making it feel like I’ve wasted of $20.
