program crashes

MacCleanse stopped about a week ago. It it crashes when I launch the program. There isn’t mention of a solution in the Koingo’s support. After spending some time looking MacUpdate andother forums it is obivious that Koingo is only interested in selling licenses and not delivering any level of cusotmer service.
